We are often called upon to evaluate existing cell sites to determine if efficiency or capacity can be increased, specifically, for assistance with the identification and remedy of performance issues that limit system output. Asian Towers is also regularly involved with major projects in wireless communications and other construction endeavors.
In consideration of this Agreement, the Company shall pay as Base Rent of Rs. 80,000/- (Rupees Ninety Five Thousand Only) on monthly basis and the annual sum shall increase each year of the agreement by adding an inflationary adjustment which shall be not more than 10% of total rent.
Whereas the Company will also pay the Adjusted Gross Revunue (AGR) in advance of total Rs. 65,00,000/-(Ninety Five Lacks Only) to the Second Party only after signing off the agreement and after completion of all the formalities and clearance of all the Leasehold Excise Taxes, etc from the Second Party.

Taking care of all the CMT services, the survey takes the radio frequency system, latitude and longitude of the area in which particular sight exist (which is measured via satellite survey) and the report from the revenue department which is secretly taken from the concerned department.
OWNERSHIP OF THE LAND and AGREENENT PERIOD
The sale deed, GPA, Agreement to sell index-2, property card 7-12s and 8 ka utaras , will, khatuani, jamabandi etc can be accepted for ownership of land . The Lease Period should be Minimum 7 Years to 20 Years.
SECURITY AND INSURANCE
May be specified by the company in respect to the Life General Insurance of the second party if necessary for the Court Agreement and other activities of the Bank formalities. If the second party will pay the same then it will be refunded after completion of the Agreement Process.
